What is a Harvest Box
Community Supported Agriculture-type subscription box where you, a member, pay in advance for us to grow, harvest, package, and prepare for you fresh produce straight from our garden. By joining, you are essentially buying a share of the farm for the remainder of the growing season in exchange for a weekly package (10 weeks) of the various produce we grow here at Juniper Valley. Every week, you’re supporting a local small farm by receiving a box of farm fresh produce that is delicious, healthy, and chemical free!

What can I expect in my box?

You can expect the freshest of produce; straight out of the garden, hand picked and packed, and brought to a convenient pickup location by us. You can expect an assortment of in-season vegetables and herbs selected for your enjoyment and nutrition. The boxes will also include a selection of produce grown exclusively for Harvest Box Subscribers!

When will my first box be available?

We have our first round of harvest set for the first week of August, with the pickup scheduled for Tuesday, August 6th. The Harvest Box subscription is 10 weeks. There will also be an option to extend your subscription, week by week, as our growing season comes to a close.

Why should I join?

We guarantee high quality fresh produce on a regular schedule, eliminating the need to spend time sorting through the produce section of your grocery store. We pledge to provide you with safe, nutritious, seasonally appropriate vegetables and herbs grown without the use of any pesticides or other chemicals. By joining, you would also be supporting a local small farm business! We can promise reliability, communication, and transparency. You get to know where your food is coming from and who is growing it.
